Can this BE? Zen's holding a CONTEST?! THAT'S RIGHT.

What Kinda contest? - Well, this is a contest to see who can draw Rubis and Saphy the most in-character. I've never really uploaded a Role play of them, or anything that really describes their character, so you'll have to figure that out from my past deviations.



Above are the Reference pictures you can use to draw them.
[Edit] ACK I forgot to point out. These ref pics are NOT size scale. @__@ I didn't realize that I drew Saphy too tall and Rubis too short. They're BOTH the same height, just about in between.

What do I have to do? - Draw Rubis and Saphy doing something that YOU think fits their character the most. I will judge to see what picture wins.

Do I have to draw irkens? - not at all! If you want, you can draw Rubis and Saphy as humans, wolves, kitties, lions, anthro, what ever you want! EVEN STICK FIGURES. XD but be sure I can tell them appart, ok? If you choose not to use the irken Rubis and Saphy, you'll have to come up with your own design for the creature you're drawing them as.

Can I enter more than once? - Sure!

When's the deadline? When I think I've got a good amount of entries, I'll give you a week's notice before I close the contest. So basically, whenever there's alot of entries.

Ok, I'm done with the picture. now what? - Upload it to DA and send me a NOTE with a link to the picture in it. make the subject something like "Contest Entry".

Prize? of course! If I choose your drawing as the winner, you'll get a fully computer colored picture by me, complete with my smooth outlines, and a *gasp* BACKGROUND OMG. O_O! I will draw anything you see in my gallery, I'll draw angst, happy, funny, whatever really. no porn or exclipt gore, k? I'm not good at blood anyways @__@;

As for the medium, you can digitally color it, sketch it, use color pencils, paint it, ANYTHING you want. The only thing you are held accountable for in this contest is the character.
